We take our class outdoors to enjoy nature and add depth to our practice.  This class is practised as a slow methodical movement that restores and gently expands the body.  This is the perfect class if you have some sore muscles, from exercising or anything else that keeps you moving, and want to work through tightness in the body.  The class moves at a gentle pace, but it is never to be practised too fast or trying to get it done. Be conscious of the poses and allow the body to be stretched and connected to the breath.  This is a great class for those who need a rest day but still won’t feel they are doing “something” on their off days.
