Rise, Move, and Yoga

This class is a short sequence designed to get you up and moving in a quick and inspiring yoga practice. The practice starts with some Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) before we move into the poses that incorporate hamstrings, twists and overall body and mind awareness. Use this practice whenever your time is short so that you can break up your day, get some movement, and relax.  Remember, it is more important to practice consistently than the length of the practice, so even a short yoga class can give your body and mind enormous benefits.  So what are you waiting for?  Let’s get started!

 

Level 1 , 20 Minute
