I designed this class to make you sweat!  Don’t let that sentence keep you away from your mat; you’ve got this. You’ve done the work, and now the body and the mind are ready to progress and implement the core strength gains you have already made. We will review postures you already know and add some spicy elements to create challenged throughout the practice. What we learn from this practice is that whether the class is easy or hard, the effects on the body and the mind are the same: creating balance. Be courageous, do your best, and in the end, you will glad you stepped onto your mat. Happy practicing!
