Short and Sweet
Focus: hip-flexors, hamstrings, hips, adductors, quads
We don’t have a lot of time to practice, so we can commit to doing this short yoga class, knowing we are hitting the poses need to help our bodies and minds. Class starts with some Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) to warm the body up and connect the body and breath together. As we progress through the asanas, we explore postures like Virabhadrasana (Warrior)1 and 2, Natarajasana (Dancers Pose), and Prasarita Padottanasana (Standing forward Fold). Any amount of practice you can do is excellent, so when time is short, use this class to keep you practicing regularly. Enjoy!
