Shoulders and Hips Refresh

Focus: shoulders, IT-Bands, hips, hip-opening

If you’re like me, and hip and shoulder mobility can be a challenge, then this class is for you.  We will start by looking at simple postures to target these areas so that you can find space in these areas.  The class will build to a more challenging posture called Agnistambhasana (Logs of fire pose or double pigeon.  In my opinion, this posture can cause some challenges, especially in our yin sequences.  Release and try to sit into the pose, through time it will start to become more accessible.  Take your time in this short practice and end feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.
