When life gets hectic, and you only have a short amount of time to devote to your practice, then look no further than this class. We will explore slow, controlled movements that will help release the body, refresh the mind, and connect to your breath. This is a great class to do on its own or use it to cool down after a workout. You will get a lot in a short amount of time, so come to this practice whenever you can fit it into your life.
