Stretch at the Beach

focus: hamstrings, twists, hips, hip-opening, shoulders

We leave the studio and head outside to the beach to do our practice. In this class, we take the short amount of time we have to practice and get into some postures to open the hips, shoulders and use twists to get into the low back. Just like gentle ocean waves, we want to add rhythmic movements to our poses so we can increase muscle and joint flexibility safely and sustainably. Use this class after a long, stressful day or when you’ve been active and need something to help refresh the body.
