Life can be busy and finding a yoga practice that allows you to slow down and draw inward can be nourishing for the body and the mind. This class is designed to slowly open the body and help bring the body into subtle alignment with the mind and the breath. This is a great class to open the heart, lengthen the legs and gently twist the spine. In this class yoga blocks and a strap is suggested, if you don’t have these yoga props, you can use a tightly rolled towel (for the first pose) and a rope, belt, or towel for subsequent postures. This class is a short little gem that will nourish your soul and rejuvenate your body leaving you refreshed and restored.
