Focus: Rehabilitation, Recovery, Hamstrings, Hip flexors, IT Bands
This class is designed to help the legs recover from sports. We focus on hamstrings, hip-flexors and IT Bands; a common source of tension for athletes. By using yoga postures as a part of your rehabilitation you can help rebuild the body with healthy joints and gently lengthened muscles. This practice also adds in some spinal twisting to find space between the SI joint, hips and IT bands and get them all working on the same page. Use this easy-going practice whenever you need to slow down your training and get ready for your next competition.
