Fortunately, Yoga is a tool we can learn to help diffuse stress and clear your mind. This class is perfect for those that feel stiff in the body or just want to something that’s pretty chilled out and doesn’t take too much time. We will focus on lengthening hamstrings, opening tight hips, and getting into the body to help it feel relaxed and calm.
