The Anytime Yoga Class

Focus: Hamstrings, Hip-opening, shoulders, Twists

Sometimes we are looking for a class that we can do that isn’t too long and but yields great results; this class is meant to be that kind of class for whenever you are able to fit in your practice.  This practice will help you quiet the mind, hone your focus, and provide you with the tools to feel present. There is a little of everything included with some standing warrior postures, Twists, hip-opening, shoulder openers and forward folds.  At the end, we are left with a sense of clarity and purpose and achievement; we got on the mat and did yoga, and that’s all that matters.
