Focus: Restorative yoga, Hamstrings, Hips, Twists
You have started your cancer recovery and this class is designed to give you a gentle beginning into how yoga can help support that recovery. You will do some gentle postures to help you calm the body and mind and help refill your energy levels. In this class, you will do postures that focus on the hamstrings, hips, and spine so you can start to get your body moving again in a safe and sustainable way. Practice this class whenever you need a short, yet effective way to restore your body and mind and help you along on your recovery.
