The Next Progression

Focus: Beginner yoga, Hamstrings, Hips, Twists

We take our rookie’s course outside and continue to learn more about yoga and how it helps keep our bodies and minds resilient. We work through variations of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), so we can understand how these movements are fundamental to yoga. This class builds the knowledge base so you can appreciate the yoga foundations and move forward in your practice.
