Focus: Beginner yoga, Hips, Hamstrings, Twists, Shoulders
In this class, we consolidate your learning and work through a full 60 min sequence that will challenge you and prepare you for future yoga classes. You will find familiar postures and a few new ones to keep you moving forward and challenged. Fortunately, there is no test; you pass through participation and self-assessment: thank goodness! Once you feel comfortable in these postures and understand the fundamentals, you can progress to other classes in the series with a good understanding of the yoga foundations. Have some fun, take your time, and, most of all, enjoy it!
