In this yoga class, we introduce Kapalabahti (Breath of Fire) to stimulate the core and 3rd Chakra (Manipura). Our 3rd Chakra provides a source of personal power and relates to self-esteem, warrior energy, and the power of transformation. Yoga and building core strength combine easily, resulting in a powerful practice that helps you take charge of your body and your mind. As the class progresses, class intensity increases resulting in greater strength in the body. Yoga works on many levels, and as we learn to transcend the physical changes and understand the energetic level, we gain a deeper perspective about ourselves.
