Yin

Unplug From the Busy Life

Focus: Adductors, Back, Groins, Hips, Twists

We use the yin practice to slow down and bring ourselves into stillness and connection to our inner being.  There is a lot of things that pull us in different directions but in this practice, we sequester ourselves from the busy life and embrace the change the postures bring to our bodies and our minds.  Draw inward and breathe and let the rest of it go. This class incorporates a lot of supine postures that help work on hips, adductors and spinal health. Use this practice regularly to calm the body and calm the mind.
