Life can get challenging and sometimes, just having enough time to get onto the mat to do yoga can seem insurmountable. Fortunately, there are short classes like this one that can help you slowdown from a fast-paced, stressful life and just be on the mat, slow down, and reset for the rest of your day. In this class we do some gentle postures to get into the hips, focus on our breathing, and slow down the pace of life. After a series of asanas in this class, you will be glad you made the time to do yoga as it will help clear the body and mind from stress. At the end of your Savasana, you will rested, restored, and ready to move on in your day with a clear mind and a relaxed body.
