Yoga at the Beach
Focus: Hamstrings, Hip-flexors, Twists, Hips
We take our yoga practice outside and find an invigorating class to get the body moving. In this class, you will achieve a lot in a short amount of time. This yoga style you can use when you’re looking to get into the flow state. You will flow through postures like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Virabhadrasana 2 (Warrior 2) and Viparita Virabhadrasana (Reverse Warrior). There aren’t too many surprises in this practice, just an excellent all-round class to revitalize body and mind.
