Yoga for a Great Day!

Focus: Beginner Yoga, shoulders, hip flexors, hamstrings, hips, arm balances

In this class, our Vinyasa practice comes alive as we add more movement between our postures and learn to add an arm balance, Bakasana (Crow Pose).  This class will start to add new challenges and instead of thinking we aren’t ready for these yet, we take our time, add the building blocks together, and then we succeed.  Remember the point of the practice isn’t to be gymnastics flexible, it is to connect our mind/body/breath together so that we can be in the present and embrace the positive changes yoga brings to us.  Good luck!
