This is your rookie’s course in yoga. If you’ve never done yoga, then this is a great place to start. You will learn how yoga will help you through your career and life and teach you practical ways to release stress in the body. After teaching many of my firefighter colleagues yoga over the years, I have figured out a way to make a practical yoga course applicable to first responders. Yoga is a great way to augment your health and wellness regime you already do and keep your body and mind healthy.
