Yoga for the Rushed

Focus: Hamstrings, shoulders, Strength, Twists, Yoga Conditioning

In this power yoga sequence, you have 30 mins to fit in a practice that will strengthen, lengthen and challenge the body.  Many times, life is busy and fitting in practice, with everything else going on, can be a challenge.  It is in these times, when we think of skipping our practice that we should find time to get on the mat; even when our motivation is lacking.  Once you start, you will be glad you did and at the end, you will feel stretched and invigorated. We will explore poses like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Baddha Utthita Parsvakonasana, (Bound Side Angle Pose), and Bakasana (Crow Pose) in this practice.  Enjoy!
