Focus: Beginner yoga, Hamstrings, Hips, Twists
In this class, you will work through more yoga foundational postures so you can get more clarity in how the positions can feel for you. We will review postures like Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Virabhadrasana 1 (Warrior 1), Virabhadrasana 2 (Warrior 2). This class will keep you moving in your yoga rookies course but in a way where you review previous postures and add some new ones. Review this class as much as you want, don’t be in a rush to get through to other classes. Try to enjoy the process and through that, learn how yoga can be an essential tool for keeping your mind and body resilient during your career as a first responder.
