Yoga is a practice you can use to increase your strength. Yoga achieves this by teaching you to recruit the muscle you have through supporting your body strength. What you end up with is a healthy body ready to help you live your best life. Throughout this class, we use the Vinyasa practise to increase our challenge interspersing yoga asanas with other exercises that help strengthen the core. Use this core strengthening program so that you can build the strength to float on your hands in Eka Pada Koundiyasana II. Don’t focus on whether you are successful in doing everything in this class; focus on the effects this practise will give your body and help you clear your mind.
