In this class, I will help you develop confidence and empowerment so that yoga becomes your tool to live a full and complete life. You will be introduced to the yoga architecture, so you understand the basic postures and how to progress in your practice. You can practice this class as part of the 7-day Beginner Yoga Program or as a standalone class. Let’s get started!
