You’re a Yoga Superstar

Focus: Beginner Yoga, shoulders, hip flexors, hamstrings, hips, arm balances

You’ve made it to the last class and you no longer can say you’re a yoga newbie.  You’ve progressed and done so well, feeling stronger and understanding the yoga architecture.  In this class, you move at the pace and speed a vinyasa class is usually taught at.  That means flowing between postures that build off each other, building strength and connection in the body, and connecting mind, body, and breath together.  Celebrate, you are amazing and a superstar because you’ve realized how yoga can help everything you do in life be better.  Have a great class!
